Back to the GRIND - Small Group Training
Get stronger, leaner, faster with the help of our knowledgeable instructors. The energy of a small group workout will help keep you committed, motivated, energized and on track to reach your fitness goals. Small group training combines the best in class training tools with exciting 45-60 minute workouts to help you improve cardio, strength, power and endurance no matter what age or ability level. Whether you are striving to drop a few pounds, improve athleticism, or build a better mind and body, this will help make it happen!
Cost:
-Members $150 for 2 trainings a week
-Nonmembers $200 for 2 training a week & full access to the facility for the 6 weeks.
STARTS August 19th through September 28th! A total of 12 trainings!
