Youth Soccer
The Belle Chasse Y’s Soccer program encourages healthy competition rather than rivalry, the value of participating over winning, and team building over individual glorification. This program has no tryouts and everyone is welcome.
Soccer is for girls and boys ages 3-14.
3-4 Year Olds: Will practice once a week with the choice of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, OR Thursday at 4:30pm, 5:30pm, or 6:30pm. Practices will last 45 minutes to an hour. Players will practice fundamentals and learn the game of soccer with games throughout the season. After games start there will be no practices, only games. This is subject to change depending on registration numbers. Games will be played throughout the week nights and Saturday mornings.
5-14 Year Olds: All age groups will start with two practices a week either Mondays & Wednesdays -OR- Tuesdays & Thursdays. Once games start if games conflict with practice times teams may only have 1 practice a week. Games will be played throughout the week nights and Saturday mornings.
Cleats are recommended but not required. Please make sure they do not have a center front spike on bottom. Shin guards ARE required for the safety of children.
No soccer Feb. 6 & 7, 12-21 due to Mardi Gras festivities.
March 9-14 will be used for make up if needed

9 Years Old

10 Years Old
