The YMCA COMMIT TO BE FIT FITNESS CHALLENGE is for men and women of all shapes and sizes looking to make a measurable, physical change in their overall health and appearance.

You will receive group personal training which will allow an opportunity to engage in result orientated workouts in a fun, team environment.

Y's Strongest Team

WHAT IS IT?  You’ve been building your strength, endurance, power and will.. Now put it to the test!  Take part in this 7 week challenge to determine the Y’s Strongest Team.  In this advanced challenge, form your own teams of 4 and push each other to greatness!  Take part in weekly training sessions and earn points by showing your dedication to keep your team at the top of the game.  Every week, challenge other teams in battles of strength, speed and pure grit! The Y’s Strongest Team will be determined by the accumulated points from commitment and challenges!

BE READY TO RUN, SPRINT, JUMP, LIFT, PUSH AND PULL!   Your team is led and motivated by team members of your choice.  This challenge will be geared for high impact, high intensity and longer hours in the gym.  Trainings will have little to no modifications focused on strength, power, endurance and stamina. 

  • No refunds once program begins

Physical Requirements:

  • Run 1 Lap under 3 mins or 1 mile consecutively
  • 10 consecutive box jumps
  • 10 full push ups on toes
