The YMCA COMMIT TO BE FIT FITNESS CHALLENGE is for men and women looking to be challenged!

Participants will receive group personal training which will allow an opportunity to engage in result orientated workouts in a fun, team environment.

*8 week fitness challenge
*TWO, 60 min. group trainings per week
*Award ceremony

*TWO BodyScript body composition scans
*Team t-shirt
*TWO challenge days between teams
*Choose your coach
