The YMCA offers a team of highly qualified personal trainers available to optimize your time, energy and exercise routine. Our trainers have a variety of specialties and can provide you with a personalized, functional, and effective workout. We offer one-on-one, training for two, and small group personal training packages.

Online personal training
Personalized workout plans written for you by a personal trainer. Once you answer the questions in registration you will be placed with a trainer who specializes in the answers you give. The trainer will then contact you to let you know they are working on your training plan. You will receive your plan through email within 3-5 business days of the trainer contacting you.
Monthly in person meetings with your trainers.
