School's Out Camp

Important school’s out camp information:

• Drop off starts at 7:00am and pick up is by 6:00pm (this may vary by holiday)
• Kids in Kindergarten – 8th Grade (must be at least 5 years old to attend)
• Make sure to pack a nut free lunch and plenty of snacks!

Please be sure to pre-register to avoid the $20 day-of registration fee per child! Refunds will not be issued once session has started.

Camp Aftercare is available for purchase on select days.

Campers registered for aftercare must be picked up by 6pm. Campers picked up after 6pm will be charged a late fee of $1/per minute, per child.

Cancellation Policy:

• No refunds within three (3) business days of the camp start date.
• Refunds requested four (4) or more business days prior to the start of camp will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
• If your child is sick on the day of camp, a credit can be issued to your account, or you may request a refund with a doctor’s note.

New Years Camp is Dec 30th-31st, Jan 2nd-3rd, and Jan 6th

Winter Holiday Camp is December 23rd, 26th-27th

When school is closed for a holiday, come to the YMCA and play! Students in Kindergarten thru 8th grades are invited to join us at the Y for a day of fun. Campers MUST be at least 5 years old at time of registered camp date.

Members $35/day,  Non-members: $45/day*

*If you are a non-member, your account will be charged a one-time registration fee of $30 for an individual child or $50 for a family upon receipt of registration. This fee is good for the 2024-2025 school year.

Drop off begins at 7AM. Camp ends at 6PM.

A $10 non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit will be collected for each selected camp day at the time of registration.

Campers should pack a bag lunch, at least 2 snacks (for AM & PM) & a refillable water bottle. Campers should wear tennis shoes and weather appropriate clothing.

There will be a $10 late fee for all day-of registrations, if space is available.
