All returning 2024-2025 Leaders Club teens must sign up for an interview! Interviews will be conducted by our President and/or Vice president and an Advisor. All returners will be evaluated on their past year and set personal goals for this club year.

EJ YMCA Leader's Club
What is Leaders Club?
Leaders Club is a year-long, YMCA-based leadership development program for middle and high school teens. This program provides teens with extensive leadership training and volunteer opportunities that support YMCA programs and services to the community. Teens also participate in team building workshops, trainings, and activities that promote personal growth and social development.
